Cars that are, more than anything else, fun to drive
Cars that are good for both society and the people in it
And more than anything, cars that make the air cleaner the
more they are driven.
Cars that work in harmony with nature
We will play our role, proactively pushing our limits to
provide strong support for building 21st century cars.
That is the kind of company that Surteckariya is trying to
build.
To do this, we are striving to make our workplace one that
is full of energy and passion fueled employees, a
workplace that fosters imagination and creativity, and a
safe workplace that coexists in harmony with society and
the environment with no accidents and zero emissions.
Let’s grow together as human beings while taking part in
the making nice cars.
A capable employee is one that works with a passion for
craftsmanship, is sensitive to the slightest of changes,
and has the habit of thinking about the “why?” of
everything.
A capable employee is one that can synergize their own
experience, knowledge, and personal connections to find
the path to solving a problem, and take measures to do so.
This is the power of working directly on site, and is the
driving force behind craftsmanship.
Our employees carry the responsibility of running a 21st
century enterprise. Another basic quality that we expect
from them is human will.
Especially in this 21st century of intensifying turmoil,
positive thinking, an optimistic career outlook, and
humanity are always desirable characteristics. It is that
human will that can bring a company away from
self-righteousness. It is the driving force that creates a
better society.
That is the kind of employee that Surteckariya needs for
its modern workforce.
Cultivation of Human Resources
“A Company is its People”――To live up to this ideal,
Surteckariya has training programs to develop its
human resources.
Certified Technician
Starting with acquisition of plating techniques, the
employee will build a wide body of knowledge through on
site, real work experience. Then, they will work toward
becoming a nationally certified technician. We run the
training program with the belief that employees can
develop their abilities through their own awareness. We
have also implemented a goal setting system that helps
employees tackle their work with both honesty and
responsibility. Through these experiences and lessons,
employees can grow into group leaders.
General Manager
After developing the personal responsibility that comes
from managing one’s own goals, general manager is the next
step. A general manager is a high-level supervisor, so to
speak. In world where global manufacturing has become the
norm, the level of management of our customer companies is
rising rapidly. It is urgently necessary that we also
increase the level of our management. We need to develop
personnel that can manage overseas locations as soon as
possible. A general manager needs to first acquire
knowledge of plating, they need to be able to manage
quality, manpower, and production. In addition to this,
they also need to master cost management and labor
management. Through their daily duties and training, the
employee will make each of these skills his own, develop
his self-awareness, and grow into a general manager with a
sense of duty.
