Electroless Ni-P Alloy Plating
This is a high-performance coating that grants
conductivity, hardness, and abrasion-resistance while
guaranteeing uniform thickness for components that require
strict measurement precision. It comes in a low
phosphorous type(2% and lower), medium phosphorous type
(5-9%), and a high phosphorous type (9-13%) that can be
selected based on the desired functionality. At the time
of deposition the coating is non-magnetic and amorphous
with a hardness of Hv500-600. After heat treatment at
300°C, it develops a crystalline structure, and transforms
into a very hard (Hv800 and over) magnetic coating. For a
sticky and slide-resistant coating, the low phosphorous
type is recommended. The high phosphorous type is a
completely non-magnetic coating.
Electroless Ni-P-B Alloy Plating This is a high-performance coating with superior
heat resistance up to 400°C. It can grant anti-abrasion, slide prevention, and after-burn prevention
to parts with complex shapes. It has been hardened to HV900 through heat treatment at
300℃.
Electroless Ni-P-PTFE Composite Plating
This coating is made by co-depositing
polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) into a Ni-P alloy coating.
It grants machine parts and mechanical components smoothness,
abrasion-resistance, and the ability to slide.
PTFE is co-deposited at rates of 5, 10, 20, and 30% (we
use 20 and 30%). Lower percentage coatings are suited for
heavy components, while higher percentage coatings are
suited for light components.
This coating is made for components that slide.
